Rob Blair

Senior Pastor, Elder

Rob Blair has been the Senior Pastor since July, 2021. Rob has been involved in ministry all his life. He has the DNA of Family of Christ and flows with the Holy Spirit beautifully. He is gifted in teaching, prophecy, wisdom and leading. Pastor Rob listens to the Holy Spirit and relays the love of God and leads people in embracing their heavenly identity. He loves to worship and embraces revival culture. Rob has been married to Shelda since 1992. They have three grown children and a grandson.

Rita Osborn

Administrative Pastor, Elder

Rita is our Administrative Pastor (she manages all of the day to day happenings), Pastoral Care director, an Elder, a certified life coach and the heart and soul of Family of Christ Church. Her heart is for people to know and to be known by the Father Heart of God. She has a passion for people and for helping them to find wholeness. Rita and her husband Brad have two beautiful daughters, a wonderful son-in-law, the most perfect orange cat, and own a local window cleaning business.

Dave Ledingham

Dave and his wife Deborah have been a part of Family of Christ since 1977, with Dave serving as an Elder since 1980 and as the senior pastor from 2006 to 2015. Before retiring from his full time job to become the senior pastor, Dr. Dave had a long and prestigious career as a general surgeon at the hospital here in Petoskey for almost 40 years. He and Deborah have strong ties to Harbor Light Christian School where Deborah has taught for over 40 years, with Dave also teaching several classes over the years. Dave and Deborah have two kids and 6 wonderful grandkids.

'The Bridge' Pastor

From overdose to overcome, Pastor Roy has dedicated his life to the journey of recovery. Being in long-
term recovery himself, he knows the importance of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in sustaining
recovery. Pastor Roy’s journey with The Bridge began in 2010, when he entered the church as a broken,
hopeless man. Since then, Christ has stepped into his life and through the power of His love, Pastor Roy
has been able to sustain recovery. He became ordained as a pastor, and he is also the Executive Director
of Walking with Him 6, a faith-based sober living house dedicated to sharing the love of Christ and His
importance in successful recovery. Pastor Roy has also worked as a counselor at Harbor Hall for five
years. Pastor Roy uses his life experience as well as his professional experience to teach recovery
principles coupled with the truth of the Gospel in order to expand the Kingdom of God. He invites you to
come to The Bridge and join us in this recovery journey together as we explore redemption, recovery
and restoration.

Sound Manager

John Drenth is our sound guy! He has a heart for worship and makes us all sound good. John is an integral part of our team here, and you’ll see him on Sunday mornings keeping us all on track so we can share Jesus with the world.

Children's Pastor

Mary Lechowicz has attended the church since 2003 and has been actively involved with children most of her life and has been our Children’s Pastor since 2021. Mary is dearly loved as she nurtures and cares for the children so beautifully. The atmosphere in the classrooms is fun, creative, and full of Jesus’ love! Mary has been married to Denny Lechowicz since 1990 and they have three grown daughters. They reside in Petoskey with their two dogs, Leo & Luke.

Thursday Night Leaders

A team of leaders who facilitate our Thursday Night Gathering, a time we gather for prayer, intercession, worship, and prophetic ministry. The team have hearts for prayer, prophetic and apostolic leadership. Their hearts are not only to influence our church but also our city and region by going after more of God.
