Ministries at Family of Christ

At Family of Christ Church we hope that each member will take the time to become part of the "Family" through relationships established in our ministries.  We believe accountability, support, fun, and close relationships are vital to growing as believers.  Please take the time to check out where you can fit in.

Men's Ministry

Join our men’s ministry as we seek to recapture what it means to be a Man in this life.  If Christ is in your heart, your heart is GOOD.  You have STRENGTH that is waiting to be discovered and released.  You are promised an ADVENTURE to be lived every day.  We men, at Family of Christ Church, are a BAND OF BROTHERS who look out for each other.  We fight for our marriages, our children and ourselves to be our best for God.

Join us Wednesday mornings at 6:30 at Bridge St for study and prayer.  Afterwards, at 8am we gather at Filmore's for breakfast.

Healing Ministries

Sozo

Sozo is a Greek word used many times in the New Testament to convey Jesus’ ministry as he saved, healed, and/or delivered individuals.   The purpose of Sozo is to bring freedom & healing into our lives.  Because we live in a fallen world & are raised in imperfect families we carry wounds and believe lies which cause us emotional pain, shame, guilt, etc.  How we deal with these lies and wounds cause misconceptions about who God is, the great love He has for us, and our ability to enter fully into relationship with God. Sozo brings healing to the wounds, truth to the lies and opens the way to a stronger relationship with God.  Out of our relationship with God our identity and destiny are established and we can answer the two basic questions in life:  “Who am I?” and “Where am I going?”.

Appointments are being taken please call Fran Hilal at 347-3548.
